We had an extremely disappointing experience with the valet parking service. Despite paying for the facility, their employee caused significant damage to our vehicle. The actual repair cost is more than three times the compensation offered, yet we were only given ₹3,000 after repeated arguments. In addition to the damage, our car’s petrol tank was completely full when we handed over the vehicle. However, when it was returned, a significant amount of fuel had been used. It appears the car was driven unnecessarily, including to a garage and later to our home. This clearly indicates misuse of our vehicle, but the management refused to acknowledge or compensate for the fuel loss. The management initially committed to paying ₹8,000 and delivering the car to our doorstep. However, they failed to honor this promise, stopped responding to our calls, and attempted to avoid payment altogether. When we revisited the location, we were met with rude and uncooperative behavior from the staff. There was also a communication issue, as they refused to speak in English, which made the situation more difficult since we are from a different state. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they created a confrontational environment. After significant pressure, they only provided ₹3,000 and handled the situation unprofessionally, without taking full responsibility. This experience shows a serious lack of accountability, professionalism, and trustworthiness. We strongly advise others not to rely on their valet service or trust this establishment. Worst experience
