I had a bad experience in the track today, I had to enquire about many things but the receptionist was having good conversations, showing attitude not responding properly to the doubts, I wanted to join the academy and had doubts about academy but he respond properly and was telling he don’t know for many questions. I was even asking about karts he was not telling properly instead he was asking us back what kart what u want what u know, rudely. Very bad experience couldn’t get any information from this receptionist. I have experienced many times with this person. Actually I stay near to this track about 8 km but I was going meco kortopia track which is 47 km far from me, because I didn’t get proper guidance. Please check on this and solve this issue I wanted join the academy here and practice we are totally 4 members to join but didn’t get any information through this person. If u have any good person talking soft having information please help us with joining. Actually the kart mechanic was very very good he had given maximum information up to his knowledge.
